On the Client detail page, you can run several actions in Raynet. You can view an overview of them by clicking the three dots. In this article, we explain how the individual actions work.
RAYNET AI
With the PROFESSIONAL, ULTIMATE, and ENTERPRISE pricing plans, you can use the RAYNET AI feature. This feature makes it easier to work with text, for example in the Description, where it can generate a summary or an email draft.
To make it easier to work with reports for individual Clients, you can use AI on the Client detail page in the History tab. Clicking the Raynet AI button opens a dropdown with these options:

Summary over time
Sales summary
Each summary can be Translated into another language, Copied, Read aloud, or Refreshed if you don’t like the current wording.
Send attachments via email
The Send attachments via email button is used to quickly send an email including attachments. It is active if you have an Attachment linked to the Client. After clicking it, a dialog box opens where you can use a checkbox to select Optional attachments to send.
Copy data from the registry
The Copy data from the registry feature looks up the Client’s exact address listed in the Commercial Register (specifically in the Merk database). All you need to do is fill in either the Name or the Company ID (IČ). If needed, you can filter to only Individuals. After a successful search, just click the Apply button and the found data will be entered on the Client detail page.
Search on Google
Using the Search on Google button, you’ll open a new page on google.com with search results related to the given Client name.
Export
Using the Export button, you can save Client data to your device in the form of:
PDF
electronic business card in VCF format
PDF business card
custom PDF templates
Security
Clicking the Security button displays a window with system information about the Client.
You’ll learn who created or edited the record and when. Any record you have access to can be locked to prevent other users from editing it. You or the Administrator can then unlock it. You can also set the Security Level in this window. And if you want to see who is allowed to view this record, you can check it using the Record visibility feature.
Merge with Another Client
If you find that you have the same Client recorded twice, you can merge both into one. You can learn more about Raynet’s merge logic here.
Refresh Record
Refreshing a Client can be useful if you started editing details on the detail page and need to return to the original state. After clicking the Refresh record button, the Client returns to the state it was in before the edit.
If multiple users are working on the Client at the same time, refreshing the record will display the current version of the record, including changes made by another user in the meantime.
Invalidate
Selecting Invalidate makes the given Client record no longer visible in the Client list. However, it remains stored in Raynet.
To display invalidated Clients in the list view, you first need to pin the Validity filter. Click the button with the pencil icon » Add another filter » Validity. Then click this button and choose whether you want to show only invalid Clients or all Clients including invalidated ones. Invalid records differ from the others in that they are highlighted in gray.
You can restore validity at any time by clicking the Client from the list view. This takes you to the Client detail page, where you go to the three dots button » Restore validity.
Delete
A Client can be deleted—meaning permanently removed—only if it has an empty History and is not linked to any other records. If you want to remove a company but don’t want to delete all links, use the Invalidate feature.

Customize the Window Layout
On all detail pages, you can create any tabs, panels, and customize their appearance and placement. This setting can be done by the account administrator, and the window layout then applies to the entire CRM account. In the editor, it’s also possible to modify some system fields. We describe Customization in more detail in this article.
