In this article, we’ll show you which features you can find directly on the Client detail page and what information you can track here.
You can star the Client as a favorite. This adds them to the Favorites panel on the Raynet Dashboard. On the Client detail page, you’ll also find the green plus/add button, which you can use to create any Activity for the Client: Task, Meeting, Event, Email, Phone Call, and Letter. Under the three-dots (ellipsis) menu, you’ll find additional actions:

Left panels
On the left side of the Client detail page, you’ll find a panel with basic information about the Client, such as their logo, name, Status, and the Client’s Relationship, and whether it’s a Company or an Individual.
Another panel on the left shows contact details. Here you can enter the Client’s registered office/headquarters address, additional branch/location addresses, and the Sales territory. One of these addresses must be marked as the Primary/contact address. You can add more addresses by clicking the Plus button. Buttons are available to open the map, navigation, or edit coordinates.
You can also add a phone number, Email, or website, as well as a note. By clicking the address name, you can collapse/expand the panel.
In the Basic details panel, you’ll find information about who the Owner of this Client is, as well as the Category, Rating, Industry, Contact source, Social networks, Note, Original lead, and Tags. You can switch to Additional details, which display information from the registry, Salutation, and more.
In the next panel, Attachments you can use the Plus button to add files from your device. Clicking the Three dots button shows a menu with additional options for adding Attachments to this Client:

In the menu, you’ll also find options to download all attachments as a ZIP, set their order, or Delete them. The panel can be collapsed/expanded again.
By clicking an Attachment name, you can open its preview. When you hover over an attachment, buttons appear to download the Attachment and open the Three dots menu, where you can Edit the attachment name and Delete the attachment.
Another panel shows the next scheduled activity and the last completed Activity. When you hover over this panel, a window appears with details about the Activity.
If you have links/relationships between clients enabled in Settings, this column will also display a panel called Links to other clients. Click the Plus button to add a link. For an existing linked client, you can use the pencil icon to Edit note or Remove the link.
Center panel
The center panel contains several tabs that you can navigate between and set their order, or choose a default panel. Within each tab, you can perform different actions. On the far right, you’ll find the Discussion, where you can leave other users a message related to the given Client. Users must be added to the Discussion first.
Timeline tab
In the Timeline tab, you’ll find the Client’s complete history, including what’s still ahead, as well as records linked to the Client. Click individual records to view their details. From here, you can immediately add a Contact, Deal, Quote, Order or Activity, Export the entire Timeline, or use the RAYNET AI button to generate a summary of the entire Deal.
Contacts tab
On this tab, you’ll find an overview of all contacts. You can add people here or click through to their detail page. In the list, you can search for people and add or edit columns.
Linked records tab
This tab shows all linked Activities, Deals, Quotes, Orders, Projects, etc., that you have completed with the Client or that are still ahead of you. You’ll also find Contacts, linked clients, and Attachments. Columns in this tab work the same way as in the Timeline, and you can also filter here. You can add a record by clicking the + green button, and you can export the entire overview again. For better readability, you can also maximize the window here and adjust the number of records in the tab using pagination. At the end of each row, there’s a menu of additional actions depending on the record type.
Notes tab
To attach a Note to the Client, use the panel with the same name. Notes have the form of “sticky notes,” and you can insert text, links, attachments, and a visible preview. You can distinguish them using colors. We describe Notes in more detail in this article.
Custom fields tab
If you track Custom fields in Raynet, you’ll find them in this tab. You can learn how to create Custom fields in this article.
Online signing tab
The Online signing tab appears if you enabled digital signatures from DigiSign under Settings » Extensions. Here you’ll find all documents that were sent out for signature.

Side panels
The side panel shows summary totals for won and open Deals linked to this Client. Below, you’ll see how many days remain until the next Activity and how many days have passed since the last Activity. At the very bottom, you’ll find the Merk traffic-light indicator.
