If you are creating Quotes or Orders in Raynet, you can synchronize them with the Deal. This will link them together, allowing these records to transfer data between each other.
For example, if you add Products to an Offer that is synchronized with a Deal, the change will automatically reflect in the Deal as well. This eliminates the need for double editing of Products. You can have only one Offer or Order synchronized with a Deal at a time.
Enabling synchronization
First, in Settings » Record Settings » select the Deal.
In the Deal settings, enable Offer/Order Synchronization.
Here, you can also set full or partial synchronization. Click on Edit Settings.
In the case of partial synchronization you choose from several options:
When creating an Offer/Order, transfer the product calculation from the parent Deal once.

When winning an Offer/Order, always ask whether to close the Deal with the win:
if the product calculation on the Offer/Order differs from the calculation on the Deal,
if the product calculation on the Offer/Order is the same as the calculation on the Deal.
How to synchronize an offer and an order with a deal
The easiest way to create an Offer or Order is directly from the Deal. We will demonstrate synchronization using the Offer.
On the Quotes/Orders tab » click the Add Offer button.
In the dialog window, you will see synchronization enabled between the Offer and the Deal. You confirm the creation of the Offer by clicking the Save button.
You can also create an Offer in the Quotes list. Click on the green plus » fill in the Offer name » choose the Deal » and Save.
On the detailed card of the Offer, you will see information about synchronization. You can also cancel the synchronization by clicking the cross.
On the detailed card of the Deal you will find the same information about synchronization with the Offer.
If you need to create another Offer (for example, with a discount for the customer), after its creation from the Deal, this new Offer will automatically synchronize. The original Offer will then disconnect.
The synchronized Offer is always marked with the synchronization icon on the detailed card of the Deal.
If you create an Order in addition to a Quote, the system will ask whether you want to replace the synchronization of the Deal with the Quote with a connection to the Order.
An overview of all Quotes and Orders marked for synchronization can be found on the Deal card, in the Quotes/Orders tab.
