On the Lead detail page, you can perform several actions. To view the action overview, click the three dots in the top-right corner. In this article, we’ll explain how each action works.
Send Attachments by Email
This action works only if at least one attachment has been added to the Lead. After you click this action, a dialog window for sending an email will appear. If an email address is filled in on the Lead, it will be automatically added to the recipient field. You can edit the address or add a Cc or Bcc. You can add your own text to the email and also choose which attachments you want to send.
The recipient will see in the delivered email that the message was sent via Raynet. If they reply, the reply will be sent to the email address you use to log in to Raynet.
Convert Lead to...
A Lead, including its entire history, can be converted to a Client, Contact Person, or a Deal. You can learn more in the separate help article on Lead Conversion. Once converted, the lead can no longer be edited, merged, or have its relationships changed. From then on, you’ll need to work with the Client or Contact Person that the Lead was converted to.
Copy Data from the Registry
The Copy Data from the Registry feature looks up the exact Client address listed in the business register (specifically in the Merk database). Just enter either the Name or the Company ID. If needed, you can filter for Individuals only. After a successful search, click Apply and the found data will be filled in on the Lead detail page.
Search on Google
Clicking this action opens a new page on Google.cz, where the Lead name is searched automatically. This shows companies or other related pages connected to the Lead.
Export Record (PDF)
With the Export record (PDF) button, you save the Lead detail page as a PDF to your computer. Only users who have the required permission can export.
Security
Press the Security button to display a window with system information about the Lead.
You’ll learn who created or edited the record and when. Any record you have access to can be locked to prevent other users from editing it. You or an Administrator can then unlock it. In this window, you can also set the Security Level. And if you want to know who is allowed to see this record, you can check it using the Record visibility feature.
Merge with Another Lead
If you record the same Lead twice, you can merge them into one. You can learn more about the merge logic in Raynet here.
GDPR Module
In this action, you’ll find several options for working with personal data recorded on the Lead.
Data Anonymization
This action irreversibly anonymizes all personal data you have recorded on the Lead. Anonymization is described in more detail using a contact person example in this article.
Export Personal Data
This action generates a DOCX document that contains all personal data filled in on the Lead. You can download the file and work with it as needed.
Export Data for Portability
This action generates a JSON file that contains structured data from the Lead. This export is intended for transferring personal data to another system under the right to data portability. The file is meant for further technical processing, not for normal reading.
Refresh Record
Refreshing a Lead can be useful if you started editing data on the detail page and need to return to the original state. After you click the Refresh record button, the Lead will return to the state it was in before the edit.
Delete
You can delete a Lead only if it has empty Linked Records. This means no Activities are recorded for it and it has not yet been converted to a Client or Contact Person. If these conditions are not met, a message will appear saying the record can’t be deleted and you’ll need to remove the existing relationships first.
If there is still an activity in Linked Records, you can click through from this section to its detail page. On the activity detail page, you then need to remove the link to the Lead. In the blue panel on the right, remove the relationship to the Lead and set the activity as private, or you can reassign it to another Lead, Client, or Contact Person.
Next, you need to remove the relationship in the activity participants. You can find them below the Record Context panel. For activities of the Phone Call type, this is the Recipient field.
Customize the Window Layout
With this action, you can adjust the layout of the Lead detail page to fit your needs. You can change the tab layout, panels, and individual fields, and set what you want to display on the page. This customization is done in an editor, and an administrator can apply it for the entire account. You can find detailed instructions in this article.
Switch Back to the Old Version
This action lets you temporarily switch the Lead detail page back to the original look. If you’re still getting used to the new interface, you can switch back to the old version at any time and work in the environment you’re used to.
