AI qualification and scoring of Leads will help you quickly identify which Leads have the greatest business potential. Raynet AI automatically evaluates the available information about the Lead, compares it with your ideal customer, and displays a clear score along with a brief explanation.
This way, salespeople do not have to waste time manually searching for basic information and can focus primarily on Leads that make the most sense to address.
The feature is currently available in the Beta version and we will gradually fine-tune its improvements. It is also only available for the Professional plan and higher. Usage is governed by our Fair Usage Policy (FUP). In practice, this means we monitor for fair system load to ensure the service runs smoothly for all users and to prevent any single user from unintentionally slowing down the experience for others through excessive use.
Activating AI Lead Scoring
The function is enabled by the Administrator in Settings » Record Settings » Lead » AI Lead Scoring.
AI Lead Scoring is activated by checking the box.
After activation, a Statement on the use of artificial intelligence will appear, which needs to be accepted by clicking the I Accept button.
AI Lead Scoring Settings
After enabling the feature, you need to set the criteria by which Raynet AI should evaluate Leads. In the AI Lead Scoring settings, you will define what your ideal customer looks like, which Leads you do not want to evaluate as relevant, and how much weight each criterion should have in the final score.
The quality of the result mainly depends on how accurately you fill out the settings and how much information is available for the Lead. The better you describe your ideal customer profile and the more data the Lead has filled out, the more useful and accurate the resulting AI evaluation will be.
The settings consist of three main parts:

Ideal Customer Profile
In the field Ideal Customer Profile describe what the customer looks like who is the most interesting for you commercially. This is a general template of the customer you want to do business with most often and who has the greatest chance that your service or product will make sense for them.
The better you describe your ideal profile, the more accurate and useful evaluation you will receive.
You can focus on areas such as:
Customer Type – small and medium enterprises, corporations, non-profits, franchises, etc.
Industry - for example, manufacturing companies, e-shops, accounting firms, or B2B services
Company Size - number of employees, team size, or approximate turnover
Region - for example, Czech Republic, Slovakia, or a specific region
Typical Need or Situation - what the customer is dealing with and how your company helps them
Negative Filter
Negative Filter serves to help AI recognize Leads that are not suitable for you or that you do not want to prioritize. This way, it can alert you to signals that may indicate a Lead does not make business sense.
Scoring Criteria
In this section, you will determine how much weight each area should have in calculating the final score. You can set each criterion using a slider. The sum of all weights must be 100%.
Conditions for Triggering Qualification
These allow you to set the qualification to trigger only at the moment when AI has enough information available – for example, after creating a Lead and filling in the client name, IČO or website address. This helps prevent unnecessary evaluations of incomplete Leads and ensures that scoring is triggered at the right moment.
Triggering Qualification on Lead Detail
On the detailed Lead card, you will find a new tab Lead scoring. Here you will see the result of the evaluation of the Lead's potential – whether the Lead matches your ideal customer profile and what information Raynet AI found during the assessment.
If the qualification has not yet occurred, you can trigger it manually directly from the Lead detail. Raynet AI will start analyzing the Lead and will provide the result within a few minutes. During the analysis, you can continue working in Raynet as usual. The evaluation runs in the background and you do not need to keep the Lead detail open. Once completed, you will find the result back in the Lead scoring tab.
