As part of the integration with SmartEmailing, you can easily transfer contacts (Clients, Contacts, or Leads) from Raynet and create them in the selected list in SmartEmailing. This list of contacts will then serve you for creating a campaign, which will be transferred back to Raynet after being sent from SmartEmailing. Export contacts
In Raynet, select which list view you want to export contacts from, for example, from Contacts. Filter the people in the list or select them. After selection, a button will appear Export » Export to SmartEmailing. You can select up to 200 contacts.
You can also find the export to SmartEmailing under the button three dots right next to Filtering.
In the dialog window, create a new list by Manually selecting Contact Lists or choose the option Creating Contact Lists by tags used in the CRM. You can find out how to tag contacts in Raynet here.
For manual creation of a Contact List, click the button Add contact list. Just name the new list and save it.
Finally, go to the button Start export.
Important: Don't forget to add the sender address in SmartEmailing beforehand (otherwise the export from Raynet will not work). You can find this option in Sending settings » Manage sender addresses.
Contacts may take several seconds to transfer. After the export, a final summary will be displayed. This will show you how many contacts were newly transferred and how many remained unprocessed (e.g., due to a missing or invalid email address).
Open an account in SmartEmailing. The transferred Contact List can be found under the section Contacts and lists.
Important: In one export, you can transfer up to 2500 contacts. Only one email address can be imported for each contact in SmartEmailing.
During the export, the following is transferred to SmartEmailing:
- email 1
- first name
- last name
- titles before the name (titles after the name)
- salutation
- client
- address (street, city, ZIP, country)
- tel 1
- tel 2
- notes
- gender
- birthday
- categoría
- nombre del propietario
- fecha de la próxima actividad planificada
En la configuración de la integración, también puedes habilitar la transferencia de:
- valor de la relación comercial
- valor de las oportunidades de negocio abiertas
After sending the campaign, it may take several minutes for the campaign to appear in Raynet. We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes. Campaign statistics (views, clicks, etc.) are transferred to Raynet continuously (over several days). If SmartEmailing fails to deliver the email to the recipient (e.g., if their inbox is full), it will attempt again. This may cause the transfer of the Bulk email to Raynet to take up to 5 hours.
