As part of the integration with the Ecomail application, you can export Accounts, Contacts and Leads from Raynet. It is necessary to have the email address correctly specified for the transferred contacts.
Export Contacts
Before the actual export, filter and select the contacts (in our case, Accounts) that you want to transfer to the Ecomail application. By clicking the Export button, a menu will expand where you can choose Export to Ecomail application. The maximum number of contacts that can be transferred is limited to 3000.
You can also find the option to export contacts to the Ecomail application on the right under the three dots button.
In the dialog window, select the contact list to which the exported contacts will be transferred in Ecomail. Contacts that you already have in Ecomail will only be updated. Then click the Execute Export button. If you need to create a new contact list, you must go to the Ecomail application and click the New Contact List button here.
After the transfer of contacts is completed, a summary of the export will be displayed with the number of records transferred.
If there are invalid emails (in the wrong format) in the list of people, the contacts will not be transferred at all. The export result will show a list of erroneous email addresses that need to be corrected.
You can find the exported contacts in Ecomail under the Contacts section.
In the contacts, we transfer:
- First Name,
- Last Name,
- Title before the first name,
- Title after the last name,
- Gender,
- Email,
- Company,
- Street,
- City,
- ZIP,
- Country,
- Phone,
- Date of Birth,
- Tags (When exporting to Ecomail, tags must not exceed 50 characters).
