Ecomail is a Czech web service that allows sending marketing campaigns with custom design. You can choose the best e-mail variant using A/B testing or connect Ecomail to Facebook or Instagram. The basic version of Ecomail (up to 200 contacts or up to 200 e-mails sent per month) is free. For sending an unlimited number of e-mails and using additional features, check the pricing.
What our integration with the Ecomail application can do
Our connection with the Ecomail application is one-way. It allows exporting Accounts and Contacts from Raynet, which will be added to the selected contact group in Ecomail.
What the Ecomail integration can do
For Two-way connection you need to activate the integration created by Ecomail. The Ecomail integration allows:
exporting Contacts and Accounts from Raynet to Ecomail,
tracking information about sent campaigns and automations directly in Raynet,
immediately see how many e-mails were sent to a specific Account via Ecomail, whether they opened it, if they clicked or if they perhaps unsubscribed,
with one click access to result statistics,
synchronizing contacts from Raynet to Ecomail,
automatic transfer of optional information about contacts to Ecomail,
tagging contacts in Ecomail,
transferring two e-mail addresses of one contact
When to use our integration and when to use Ecomail's
If you only need to export contacts occasionally according to your criteria, our simple one-way integration will suffice. You can easily activate it according to the instructions provided below.
However, if you want to fully utilize the connection between Raynet and Ecomail, track your campaigns for each Account, and synchronize contacts automatically, we recommend activating the two-way connection. You can find out how to do this in this article.
Activating our integration in Ecomail
First, create an account in Ecomail and then log in by clicking the Sign up button (Přihlášení).
Then click on your e-mail in the top right corner and select Manage your account.
In the left menu, go to the For Developers section and Copy the API key, which you will later paste into Raynet.
Activating our integration in Raynet
In Raynet, click on your name » Settings. Only an administrator can activate the integration.
Select ADD-ONS » ecomail » Activate.
Now paste the API key copied from Ecomail and confirm everything by clicking the Enable integration button.
If everything is fine, a confirmation will appear that the integration is activated. After clicking the Back to CRM application button, the system will prompt you to reload the application.
