Quanda is a Czech marketing application that allows you to send email campaigns, transactional emails, online surveys, or web forms. Quanda is available in both Czech and Slovak, and you can test this tool for free for the first 14 days.
What can the integration with Quanda do?
In Raynet, we have created a two-way connection with the Quanda application, which allows you to keep track of sent campaigns and detailed results of these campaigns in both applications.
From Raynet, you just need to export the contacts you want to send the email to, create the email content in Quanda, and send everything at once. In the CRM, the sent campaign will be recorded in the Mass Emails section and transferred to the History of each recipient. As part of the integration, we also process so-called transactional emails, which will also be delivered to the recipient's history.
For the integration to work, you need to have the Standard or Professional plan set up in Quanda. You can learn more about the plans here.
Enabling integration in Quanda
First, create an account in Quanda. You can register directly on the Quanda website.
After logging into the application, click on three dots » Settings » API Keys. Here, click on the Add API Key button, name it (e.g., CRM), and Save.
The generated API key should be copied for later insertion into Raynet.
Enabling integration in Raynet
Only an administrator can enable the integration by clicking the Settings button found under their name.
From the main menu, select Add-ons » Quanda » Activate.
In the Pairing Key field, paste the copied code from Quanda and select the user who will be the Owner of the mass emails (the Owner can be changed later directly in the details of the mass email). Then click the green Enable Integration button.
You can also set which emails will be displayed in the recipient history. Save the settings .
If everything is in order, a confirmation will appear along with a prompt to refresh the application. Click on Reload the application. This activates the integration between Quanda and Raynet.
After successfully connecting the applications, an additional item named Mass Emails will appear among the Activities.
