For orders you are handling abroad, it is necessary to create Deals in foreign currency. To add Products to such a Deal, Pricing is used.

Creating a Deal in foreign currency
To create a new Deal in a foreign currency, go to the left menu under Sales » Deals, and then click the green plus button.
In the dialog window, select the desired currency by opening the dropdown next to the currency symbol. Fill in the remaining information, and confirm by clicking the Save button.
If you need to add another currency to the Quote, just click on the currency dropdown button Here you can edit items » Add another item. To add, click on the checkmark symbol.
Adding products from the price list
To add Products in a foreign currency to a Deal, you must always add them from the Price Lists. First, create the Pricing in the specified currency and add Products to it. You can read how to do this in this article.
On the Deal card, in the Products panel, click the three dots » Add Products from Price Lists » select the desired Pricing and choose the Products.
You can also add an item without categorization to the Deal. Just click on three dots » Add item (without categorization). An item without categorization will automatically use the currency of the Deal.
Creating a Quote or Order in foreign currency
If you need to send a Quote or Order to a Account in foreign currency, you can easily create it on the Quotes/Orders tab by clicking the button Add Quote or Add Order. You can also synchronize the Quote or Order with the Deal. You will learn how synchronization works in this article.
Changing the currency of an existing deal
You can change the currency of an existing Deal from the main panel on the right. The condition is that the Deal does not contain any Products and does not have a synchronized Quote or Order. In the same panel, you can also adjust the exchange rate.
