In this article, we will show you which functions you can find on the detail card of the Deal and what can be recorded here.
Deal Header
In the Deal header, in addition to Name and Code, you will also find the option to mark with a star Deal as Favorite. On the right side of the header, you can use the green button Plus to add Activity, Quote, Sales Order, and Projects. By clicking on three dots button, you can view additional actions, which we discuss in a separate article. Among other things, there is the option to temporarily switch to the original design.
In this panel, you can also easily change the Deal stages or switch it directly to Closed won, Closed lost, or the status Canceled. You will also find information about the Trade types and when the deal was created and its estimated closing.
Panel with tabs
In this panel, you can click between individual tabs, which can also be customized using customization, or select the default tab by clicking on three dots button. On the far right, you will find Discussion, where you can leave a message for other users regarding the Deal. Users must first be added to the Discussion.
Products tab
This tab displays all Products included in the Deal. You can add items to the Deal using the three dots button:

You can maximize the entire window or use the pencil icon to add more columns. Columns can also be rearranged and their width adjusted. At the end of the row for each Item, there is a three-dot button that hides the options to:

Quotes/sales order tab
This tab displays Quotes and Sales orders linked to the Deal. Using the green buttons, you can add them to the Deal. Columns can be rearranged, their width can be changed or new columns can be added using the pencil icon. Purple arrows indicate whether an Offer or Order is synchronized with a Deal. You can remove an Offer or Order from a Deal using the cross icon at the end of each row.
Timeline tab
In the Timeline tab, you will find the complete history of the entire Deal, including what is still ahead of you and records related to the Deal. Click on individual records to view their details. Here, you can directly Add an Offer, Order or Activity, export the entire Timeline or use the button Raynet AI to generate a summary of the entire Deal.
Linked Records tab
This tab displays all related Activities, Quotes, Orders, which you have already completed or are still pending within the Deal. You will also find Participants and Attachments. Columns in this tab work the same as in the Timeline, and in addition, it is possible to filter in Activities. You can add a record here by clicking on the green plus button and export the entire overview again. For better clarity, there is also the option to maximize the window and adjust the number of records in the tab using pagination. At the end of each line, there is a menu of additional actions depending on the type of record.
Notes tab
To connect Notes to a Deal, use the panel of the same name. Notes are in the form of "sticky notes" and you can insert text, links, attachments and visible preview. You can distinguish them from each other using colors. We discuss Notes in more detail in this article.
Custom Fields tab
If you have registered Custom fields in Raynet, you will find them in this tab. You can learn how to create Custom Fields in this article.
Side Panels
The side panels on the right display additional information. You can change the order of these panels, and some of them can be moved to the tabbed panel using Customization.
Panel of what it concerns and participants in the Deal
This panel functions as a context window, where you can find information about which records the Deal is linked to. By clicking on the pencil, you can link the Deal to other records.
If you need to include additional Accounts or Contact persons in the Deal, add them using the Plus button in the Panel Deal Participants.
Other panels
The other panel displays Category, Description and Tags. The category can be color-coded and named. We discuss tags in more detail in this article.
The value panel displays the final price, the expected profit and the costs. These values are calculated from the products and can only be changed if the Deal does not contain any items.
In the right-hand column, you will also find the next scheduled activity and the last completed activity. Hovering your mouse over this panel will display a window with details about the activity.
Attachment panel
The following panel is used to insert attachments using the Plus button. Clicking on three dots will open a menu for adding from other sources and the option:

Set order
You can then download the attachment itself,edit its name or delete.
In the Status Confirmation panel, you can confirm a status change for a Deal. It serves as a signature or stamp indicating that an action has been taken. Learn more in this article.
