For each Deal, you can add additional Accounts and Contacts in Raynet who are involved in the Deal in some way, meaning they participate. To view the Participants panel in the Deal details, you need to enable this add-on in Settings. Only an Administrator can enable the panel.
Click on your name » Settings.
Then go to Record Settings and select Deal.
Enable the add-on Deal Participants.
When you return to the RAYNET CRM application, you will be prompted to reload it.
You can now go to the detailed card of the Deal. The Participants panel is located on the right side.
You can easily add Participants by clicking on the plus icon. Choose whether you want to add a Account or a Contact person.
You can also color-code Participants in the Deal by clicking on the pencil icon. A dialog window will appear where you can select a category or add a new one. You will also find an option to write a note for the selected participant.
