On the Deal detailed tab, you can perform several actions. For example, you will find options to export, create a series, or delete a Deal. To view all available actions, click on the three dots. In this article, we will explain each action in detail.
Send attachments by email
The Send Attachments by Email button is used to quickly send an email with attachments. It becomes active when there is an attachment associated with the Deal. After clicking it, a dialog box will open, allowing you to select optional attachments to send using the checkboxes.
If a Account and a Contact Person are connected to the Deal, the email will be sent to the Contact Person's email address.
Duplicate
By clicking the Duplicate button, you create a new Deal with the same information. This can be useful, for example, if you are working with the same or similar Deals for another Account. In the dialog box, select the new Account to whom you want to connect the Deal, and confirm your choice by clicking either Duplicate or Duplicate including attachments.
Create a series of Deals
If you have a Deal that you regularly repeat, for example, a subscription type, use the Create a Series of Deals function. Raynet will create individual Deals for you according to the specified frequency (for example, monthly for a year).
Split
The Split function allows you to create two separate Deals from a single Deal.
The new Deal contains the selected portion of the original items, while the original Deal retains the remaining items. This can be especially useful when you only need to invoice a portion of an order.
Settings
Under the Settings button, you will find two options: Account Change, Change currency and Change Code. If you need to connect an existing Deal to another Account, use the Change Account option. If you need to edit a Deal's code in the numerical sequence, use the Change Code option.
Create invoice
The Create Invoice function will only be available if you have an active connection to the iDoklad accounting tool. You can read more about integration with the iDoklad system in this article.
Export
By clicking the Export button, you can export your Deals in PDF or XLSX format. You can choose from system templates or create your own Custom templates for export.
Security
By pressing the Security button, the system information window will appear.
It shows who created or modified the record and when. You can view each record you have access to, lock it to prevent editing by other users, and unlock it if you are the record owner or an Administrator. You can also set the Security level. If you want to see who is authorized to view the record, you can check it using the Record Visibility function.
Refresh
It may happen that different users are working on the same record at the same time. By performing a Refresh action, the current state of the Deal will be displayed, including any changes made by other users.
Customize appearance of Deal
With this function, you can create bookmarks and panels, and customize their appearance and location. This setting can be configured using an administrator account and then applies to the entire CRM account. In the editor, it is also possible to edit certain system fields. We will explain more about this function in this article.
Delete
A Deal can be deleted, and should only be permanently deleted if it is not linked to any other records. If you want to delete a Deal but do not want to remove all its links, use the Invalidation function.

Revert to old version
This feature offers the possibility switch to the old version of the Deals detail window. It is still possible to work in this old version temporarily.
