You will use a series of Deals if you offer goods or services that are paid flat-rate and therefore need to create Deals repeatedly. With this feature, you just set the parameters of the series, and the Deals will be created automatically.
First, open the detail of the Deal for which you want to set the series and click on three dots » Create a series of Deals.
In the dialog window, you need to set the interval, number of repetitions and start date of the series, optionally adjust the Basic Information and click the Continue button.
In the next step, choose whether you want to automatically create a reminder for each Deal in the form of Task, which will be scheduled in the Calendar.
If you wish to create a reminder, adjust the parameters according to which the Tasks will be created and confirm everything with the Create series button. If the scheduled Task falls on a weekend, it will appear in the Calendar on Monday.
