When downgrading the pricing plan to START, a situation may occur where the Security Profiles feature is active, which is not available in this plan. Therefore, this feature needs to be deactivated.
Deactivation can be done by the account administrator in Settings. After logging in, they click on their name » Settings » Security Profiles. Here, Security Profiles need to be removed using the cross icon.
A Security Profile can only be removed if no users are displayed in the list on the right-hand side. If any user is assigned to the Security Profile, the user must first be removed using the cross icon. Only then can the Security Profile itself be deleted.
