When downgrading your pricing plan to START, you may encounter a situation where the Automation feature is still active, even though it is not available in this plan. Therefore, the feature must be deactivated.
An administrator or a user with permission to create automations can do this by clicking on their name » Automation » Automation Overview. For automations that are enabled, click the green checkmark to turn them off.
Once all automations are disabled, you can proceed with switching to the START plan.
