When downgrading your pricing plan to START or PROFESSIONAL, you may encounter a situation where the Custom Logo feature is still active, even though it is not available in these plans. Therefore, the feature must be deactivated.
An administrator can do this by clicking on their name » Settings » Appearance » Custom Logo. Hovering over the logo will display a trash bin icon. Click it to remove the logo from the system, and then click Save.
After returning to the CRM, the system will prompt you to reload the application. Once the logo has been removed, you can proceed with downgrading your pricing plan.
