When downgrading your pricing plan, a situation has occurred where you have more Custom action buttons in your CRM account than the limit for the selected pricing plan:
The START plan does not support Custom action buttons (all existing Custom action buttons must be removed)
The PROFESSIONAL plan has a limit of 25 Custom action buttons
The ULTIMATE plan has a limit of 100 Custom action buttons
This problem can be solved by deleting the custom action buttons you don't need and getting to the set out maximum number.
Custom action buttons can be deleted by a Raynet administrator. Click on your name » Settings » For developers section » Custom action buttons. Here, locate the buttons that are not needed and delete them by clicking on the X.
