In Raynet, you can manage your own portfolio Products. This will simplify the creation of product calculations for Deals, Quotes, Sales Orders and other Account documents. You can select items from the Products list, so you don't have to manually enter their values.
To add a product, go to the Products tab in the detail of the Deal (or Quote or Sales Order) and click the Add products button. Filter and select specific items from the product list and confirm your selection by clicking the Select and close button.
Directly in the product table, you can easily change the selling price, adjust the quantity, or even discount the goods.
If you need to add additional information to the column, such as VAT rate, Unit or Costs, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner. A window will open where you can check the desired columns and then close it. The newly selected columns will then be displayed in the overview.
Each Product can be Edited, Duplicated or Deleted from the table. You can access these options by clicking on the three dots.
By clicking on Edit, a Product preview will open, where you can edit additional information about the product.
If you are creating a Deal in a foreign currency, you can add products from the price list by clicking on the three dots (above the Products table).
In the same way, you can also insert an Uncategorized item, which is a product that you do not have in the product list. This way, you can easily enter, for example, the shipping cost into the Deal.
Once you check one or more products on the left, a green button Mass actions will appear at the top. Using this button, you can:
- set a mass discount,
- increase the selling price,
- set VAT,
- or remove products.
Once you add more than 31 products to a business case, a column with a serial number will appear for easier navigation in the list.
