For the PROFESSIONAL, ULTIMATE, and ENTERPRISE pricing plans, you can utilize the Raynet AI feature. This feature simplifies working with text, for example in the Description, where it generates a summary or a draft email. For Clients, it can create a report that includes information from History, Sales, Activities, and also suggests next steps.
You can find the Raynet AI button in the Description for all types of records, except for Price Lists and Products, and in the History of the Client. In Activities, AI is available in the Basic tab, where you write questions for discussion and the outcome of the activity.
AI in business cases
In Business Cases you will find AI directly in the Description field. AI is activated when some text is entered in the Description.
Raynet AI will assist you here with summarizing information, preparing the next step, or supplementing text for the Business Case based on already entered information.
Specifically, you will find these features there:
- Summary – text summary.
- Improve text – stylistic adjustment of the text.
- Spelling correction – correction of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Create Email – creating an Email draft.
- Create response – creating a reply to an Email or message.
- Expand into paragraphs – reformatting text into paragraphs.
- Expand into bullet points – converting text into clear bullet points.
- Translate to… – translation into the selected language.
AI in activities
In Activities, you will find AI in the Basic tab, where it helps you prepare questions for discussion and summarize the outcome of the activity , for example from a Meeting.
Just like in other text fields, you can use the features Summary, Improve text, Spelling correction, Create Email, Create response, Expand into paragraphs, Expand into bullet points, or Translate. The generated text can then be adjusted by changing the tone, language, or length.
By clicking the Raynet AI button next to a filled question for discussion or the outcome of the meeting, a dropdown menu will appear with actions you can use. You have the following options:
- Summary – text summary.
- Improve text – stylistic adjustment of the text.
- Spelling correction – correction of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Create Email – creating an Email draft.
- Create response – creating a reply to an Email or message.
- Expand into paragraphs – reformatting text into paragraphs.
- Expand into bullet points – converting text into clear bullet points.
- Translate to… – translation into the selected language
Selecting any action will open a window with the first draft of the AI text. You can refine the text by selecting Tone, Language, and Length. You can then Copy, have it Read aloud, or Refresh, if you are not satisfied with its wording.
AI will generate new text, which will automatically appear above the original content in the description – the original will remain unchanged.
Client history summary
To facilitate work with reports regarding individual Clients, you can use Raynet AI, which you will find on the detailed card of the Client in the History tab. By clicking the Raynet AI button, a dropdown will appear with the following options:

Each summary can be Translated into another language, Copied, Read aloud or Refreshed, if the current wording does not suit you.
Acceptance of the Raynet AI usage statement
Upon first click on the Raynet AI button, a dropdown will open with an overview of AI options. By selecting any action, a dialog box will appear with a warning that this feature uses artificial intelligence and the generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. By accepting the terms, you agree to the terms of AI usage, our Processing Agreement and Microsoft Processing Agreement. The system will save your consent and will not request it again next time.
