At Raynet, we offer a choice of four pricing plans, and each of these plans allows you to choose from several add-on packages. In this article, we will show you what these packages can do and in which pricing plans they are available.
We offer the following packages:
Premium Support
Premium Support guarantees that you will receive a priority response from us. The service is available during our business hours, i.e. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on business days according to the prepaid plan:
Premium within 2 hours for $119 / month
VIP within 1 hour $239 / month
The service is available from the Professional plan and above. The Enterprise plan includes Premium Support in the price.

Product SLA (Service Availability)
According to our Terms and Conditions, we guarantee 99.5% availability of the product for the Start and Professional plans and 99.8% for higher plans. However, if you subscribe to this package, we guarantee even higher availability of the product:
99.8% for $238 / month (available as an add-on for the Professional plan)
99.9% for $476 / month
With the Enterprise plan, this package is available as a custom solution.

Automations
In Raynet, you can use the Automations module. We offer a number of free automations runs in various pricing plans:
Professional: 50 processes
Ultimate: 1,000 processes
Enterprise: customized
If you need more processes, you can pay for extra processes in the following plans:
Builder: 3,000 processes / $29 / month
Architect: 10,000 processes / $69 / month
You can change your plan in Settings » Add - ons » Automations » Edit settings » Monthly plan selection.
Online Document Signing
The Online Document Signing package is available in all pricing plans. Depending on your selected plan, you can send free of charge:
Professional: 5 envelopes
Ultimate: 10 envelopes
Enterprise: customized
If you need to send more envelopes, we offer plans:
Light : 15 envelopes / $11 / měsíc
Compact : 35 envelopes / $21 / měsíc
You can change your plan at Settings » Add - ons » DigiSign » Edit settings > Choose your monthly plan.
Data backup to SQL
We offer data backup to SQL format in all price plans. This format is not readable by default and is used rather for possible re-uploading of data to CRM.
Start: 1 backup / year
Professional: 1 backup / year
Ultimate: 2 backups / year
Enterprise: customized
For each additional backup , we charge a fee of $143 excluding VAT.

Dedicated Customer Success Package
In the Ultimate and Enterprise pricing plans, you have access to a specific contact person from Raynet's account management team, whom you can contact at any time. The package includes up to 12 hours of product consultations per year, which you can use according to your current needs.
In the Professional plan, we offer this service as an optional add-on for $238 / month.

Payment by bank transfer
Payment for CRM is normally made by debiting the card specified at using a payment gateway. In the Ultimate, Enterprise and Professional plans, it is also possible to pay by bank transfer, and this service is subject to an administrative fee of $3 excluding VAT / month.
2nd level support
As part of the Ultimate and Enterprise plans, you can take advantage of up to 12 hours of technical consultations. In the Professional plan, technical consultations can be paid for at the standard rate of $143 / hour.

Sandbox
If you need to test anything in Raynet and need to create a duplicate of your CRM, a so-called test instance, then you can use the Sandbox package. The creation of a test instance is included in the price of Ultimate and Enterprise 1x and costs $238 without VAT for Professional. A Sandbox test CRM account is created for a fixed period (6 months) and account duplication takes place without integration and without files (attachments).
