When downgrading the pricing plan, a situation occurred where your CRM account contains more webhooks than allowed for the selected pricing plan:
the START plan does not support webhooks, to continue all existing webhooks must be removed
the PROFESSIONAL plan has a limit of 8 webhooks
the ULTIMATE plan has a limit of 24 webhooks
This problem can be solved by deleting the webhooks you don't need and getting to the set out maximum number.
Webhooks can be deleted by a Raynet administrator. Click on your name » Settings » For developers section » Webhook. Here, locate the webhook that is not needed and delete it by clicking on the X.
