Quotes in Raynet serve to show the customer what goods or services you can offer them. You can easily assemble products, have prices calculated, and simply send the Quote via email.
In this article, we will show you what features you can find on the detailed card Quotes and how you can work with it.
Header of the Quote
In the header of the Quote, you will find, in addition to Name and Code of the Quote, the option to mark the Quote with a star as a favorite. You will find information here about when the Quote was Created and when its Validity ends. On the right side of the header, you will see the Final price. Using the green button Plus you can add Activities, and by clicking on three dots you can see more actions, which we cover in a separate article. There is also the option to temporarily switch to the original design. In this panel, you can also easily change the Status of the Quote or mark it directly as Accepted.
Tab Panel
In this panel, you can switch between individual tabs, which can also be customized using customization, or you can choose a default tab by clicking on the gear wheel. All the way to the right, you will find Discussion.
Products Tab
You can add new products by clicking the +Add products button, or by clicking the three dots button, where you can select to add products from the Quote. Below the item list, you will find an overview of the Price before discount, Final price or Total price with VAT.
The Sales Order of individual items in the Quote can be changed by clicking on the six dots icon and dragging with the mouse. Similarly, you can also determine the order of columns or their width. If you want to add more columns or revert changes, just click on the pencil » gear wheel » Reset default column settings.
By marking products with a checkmark, a button for Mass actions will appear. Then select the desired action from the menu.
Sales Orders Tab
If the Account agrees to the Quote, the next step can be creating an Sales Order. You can easily create it on this tab using the +Add Sales Order button.
You can rearrange individual columns as needed or completely remove them from the overview. By clicking on the pencil icon, a window for editing columns will appear.
Online Signing Tab
On the Online Signing tab, you will find all uploaded documents and you can easily insert new ones by clicking the Select and sign document button.
Timeline Tab
On the Timeline tab, you will find a chronological overview of what you have done with the Account and what is still to come. By clicking the green button +Add you can create either an Sales Order or an Activity. Right next to it, you will also find a button for Export and also RAYNET AI, which will help you with a clear summary.
Linked Records Tab
On this tab, you will find an overview of all Activities linked to the Quote, from its creation to the present. You can easily view a list of a specific type of Activity or Attachment, which you can easily download.
Thanks to quick filters you can filter by Activity type, status, or when the Activity was realized. Using the +Add activity button, you can easily create another follow-up Activity. Right next to it, you will find a button for Export and also a button for Maximize window, which will open the record in full screen.
Notes Tab
You can use the Notes tab to write down important information, such as specific Account requests. Notes take the form of "sticky notes" and you can insert text, links, attachments, and a visible preview. You can differentiate them by color. More about Notes is discussed in this article.
Custom Fields Tab
If you are missing any field directly on the Quote, you can create it. You will then find it on the Custom Fields tab.
Side Panels
The side panels on the right display additional information. The order of these panels can be changed, and some of them can be moved to the tab panel using Customization.
Panel What it Concerns
The Panel What it Concerns will immediately show you which records the Quote is linked to. By clicking on the pencil, you can add a link to the Contact person.
The panel also includes Synchronization with the Deal. With one click, you can either remove or add the link. You can learn more about this feature in this article.
Panel with Additional Information
Another panel displays Category, Owner, Customer Note and Tags. Category can be color-coded and named. In Customer Note you can add important information to the Quote that will be displayed in the exported version of the Quote. We elaborate more on tags in this article.
Price Panel
On the right side of the new Quote, you will find a panel that clearly displays key pricing information. You can easily find out the Final price, Estimated costs and the calculated Profit.
Activities Panel
In this panel, you will find information about the Next scheduled activity and the Last completed activity.
Attachments Panel
You can attach all important documents and files directly in the Attachments panel to the Quote. By clicking on the three dots, a menu will expand for adding from other sources and the option:

Set Sales Order
Delete all attachments
You can download the Attachment itself, edit its name, or delete it.
Status Confirmation
The Status Confirmation serves to lock an important phase of the business process. Once you confirm the status (e.g., Accepted Quote or Closed deal), it is not possible to retract this confirmation. You can learn more about this feature in this article.
