In Raynet, you can create Quotes and Sales Orders. Each of these records must always be linked to a Deal. Thanks to this connection, an Offer or Order will automatically take over all information from the Deal, which makes it easier for you to enter Products.
If you want to work with Quotes or Sales Orders, you first need to enable them in Settings » Record settings » Quote (Sales Order) » Activate.
You will then find Quotes and Sales Orders in the CRM under Business » Quotes (Sales Orders).
Important: The Order in Raynet serves to record Orders from Accounts (not supplier Orders, where you or your company are the buyer).
Creating an offer and order
In the Business menu, select Deals.
In the list, choose the Deal to which you want to link the Quote or Sales Order . By clicking on the Deal code, you will go directly to the detailed card of the Deal.
In the Deal detail, click the green plus button » Quote (Sales Order).
All information in the Deal will automatically transfer to the Quote (Sales Order).
Using the checkbox, you can synchronize the Offer with the Deal, allowing these records to share data. For example, if you add Products to an Quote that is synchronized with the Deal, they will also transfer to the Deal.
To create a Quote, don't forget to Save.
Adding products to Quotes and Sales Orders
If you are creating a Quote or Sales Order from a Deal that has no Products listed, you can easily add them in the Products tab by clicking the Add products button.
If you already have Products added in the Deal, they will automatically be included in the Quote or Sales Order upon creation. Adding products to the Deal is discussed in more detail in this article.
Sending Quotes and orders
You can send Quotes or Sales Orders to your Accounts directly from Raynet in multiple languages. The Account will receive them via email in PDF format.
For more detailed information about the Send Quote or (Sales Order) via email function, see in this article.
Exporting Quotes and Sales Orders
You can export the created Quote or Sales Order using the button three dots » Export. You can choose System export (to PDF, XLSX) or export Custom templates.
Disabling Quote and Sales Order modules
In the settings, there is an option to disable Quote or Sales Order. If the administrator decides to remove Quote or Sales Order, these records will be hidden throughout Raynet. The exception is active API keys and webhooks to maintain the functionality of ongoing integrations.
Disabling modules can be done by the administrator in Settings » Record settings » Quote or Sales Order » Deactivate Quote or Sales Order.
We will illustrate this with an example of an Quote.
