If the contact person has left the company or moved to another company that you have recorded in Raynet, there is no need to create a new card. Simply adjust their link to Account.
First, search for the specific contact person in the list of Contacts or open them directly from the Account details.
In the Account details, go to the Contacts tab and select the person you want to modify.
After opening the details of the Contact you will see the link to the Account they are currently assigned to in the left panel.
By clicking on the pencil icon, you can modify or remove the link.
If the Contact has moved to another company, remove the link to the original Account and then connect them with the new Account.

If you want to remove the link to the Account, click the Delete button. You can then choose one of two options:
Move to secondary relations – The Contact will remain linked to the Account as a secondary contact.
Delete – the link between the Contact and the Account will be completely removed.
After saving changes, the Contact will be recorded under the correct Account and the history of communication will remain preserved.
