Items in dropdowns Status and Relationship on the Account card cannot be edited. These are system fields that are tightly linked to a specific logic of the CRM functioning.
For Status for example, a new Account is automatically marked as Potential. Once you create a Deal for them that moves to the Won status, the Account automatically changes to Current. A similar logic applies to the dropdown Relationship.
If you would like to sort Accounts differently, we recommend using one of these options:
Account Category – you can find it in the left panel under Account Details. You can easily customize the options in this dropdown menu to suit your own needs.
Account Classification – It is located in the left panel under Account Details. You will find three dropdown menus designed specifically for client categorization. You can rename them freely and set your own custom options.
Optional fields – if the above dropdowns are not sufficient, you can create your own fields exactly as you envision. We describe how to create these fields in this article.
