Invalidating a record in Raynet does not delete it; it only hides it from the regular overview. It still exists and you can restore it at any time. In this article, we will show you how to search for an invalidated record and restore its validity.
We will demonstrate the restoration using the example of Accounts. Open the list view of Accounts and click on Filtering in the upper right corner. In the conditions list, select the option Validity » Show only invalid. This will display all records that have been invalidated.
You can restore individual records directly in the list view. Just click on the three-dot button on the right at the end of the row » Restore validity. The same method can be used to restore validity on the detailed record card.
Records can also be restored in bulk. Just select them using checkboxes on the left and a green button Restore validity will automatically appear at the top, through which you can restore all selected records at once.
