In Raynet, you can set a default security level for each user, which will automatically apply to newly created records. This allows you to control who sees which records and who can work with them.
This default level applies to all new records created by the user (e.g., deals, activities, contacts, etc.). However, the security level can be manually changed for each record at any time.
To set the default security level, go to Settings.
Then navigate to the User Administration section and select a specific user.
In the User Authorization section, choose Edit the default security level for creating records.
For each type of record, you can then select a specific level and save everything. For example, newly created deals will be assigned the security level "Management".
