On the detailed card of Project in Raynet, you can initiate several actions. You can view an overview of them by clicking on the three dots button. In this article, we will explain how each action works.
Change Code
If you need to Change code for the Project, you can use this function. However, it is always necessary for the code to be unique.
Export Record (PDF)
The Export button is used to download the Project report in PDF format. If you have created a custom project report for the Project, it will also appear in the menu.
Security
By pressing the Security button, a window will display system information about the Project.
You will learn who created or modified the record and when. You can lock record to prevent other users from editing it. You or the Administrator can then unlock it. Additionally, in this window, you can set the Security Level. If you want to know who is authorized to see this record, you can check it using the Record Visibility function.
Refresh
It may happen that different users are working with the record simultaneously. By performing the Refresh action, you will see the current state of the Project along with the changes made by another user in the meantime. Updating can also be useful if you started editing data on the detailed card and need to revert to the original state.
Invalidate
By selecting Invalidate you will ensure that the Project will no longer be visible in the list of Projects. However, it will still remain saved in Raynet.
To view invalidated Projects in the list view, you first need to pin the Validity filter. Click the button with the pencil icon » Add more filters » Validity. Then click this button and choose whether you want to Show only invalid Projects or all Projects including invalid ones. Invalid records differ from others by being shaded gray.
You can renew validity at any time by clicking on the Project from the list. This will take you to the detailed card of the Project, where you will go to the three dots » Renew Validity button.
Delete
A Project can be Deleted, and thus permanently removed, only if it has an empty Timeline and is not linked to any other records. If you want to delete the Project but do not want to remove all links, use the Invalidate function.

Customize Appearance of Project
With this function, you can create any bookmarks, panels and customize their appearance and location. This setting can be performed by the administrator of the account and applies to the entire CRM account. In the editor, it is also possible to modify some system fields. We elaborate on this function in this article.
