Selected Deals can be included in a Project in Raynet and managed as a single contract. In Projects, you can discuss with colleagues, plan next steps, and track the status of associated Deals. You will also see the total price of all Deals in the Project.
Projects can be useful for keeping track of all contracts (Deals) you acquired at a trade fair and would like to have in one place.
In this article, we will show you:
Enabling projects
First, you need to enable Projects in Settings, which you can access by clicking on your name » Settings.

Here, activate Projects .

On the detailed Project card, you will see the Project Participants panel, where you can Add these contacts.
The Field Settings tab is used for creating and editing Custom fields for the Project and also for setting Required fields .
On the tab named Picklists you can manage the values of all picklists for the Project, such as Category or Status.
The last tab is named Numeric Series where you can modify the appearance of the Project's numeric series.
Creating projects
To create a Project, click on Business in the menu, then on Projects and finally on the green button plus.
Fill out the dialog box to create the Project and Save everything. You can also create a Project under your own company.
Finally, add Deals to the Project. You can learn how to do this in this article.
Deactivating projects
If you decide to stop using projects, go to Settings » Record Settings » Project » Deactivate projects.
