If you need to import a large amount of data into Raynet, there are two options for doing so. The first is imports using our templates, which you can find in Settings in the Other section » Import data from XLSX . With these templates, you can bulk import into the CRM:

In case you need to upload other types of records into your Raynet (Deals, Activities, etc.) a larger amount of data that does not fit into the import template or update existing records, then it is a more complex import. Such an import can be done using the API, if you have a programmer available. In Raynet, we have op en API documentation available, which you can find HERE.
Alternatively, an external partner can import the data for you. This is a paid service, the price of which is determined by the integration partner based on the amount of data and the complexity of the solution.

Before starting the actual process, it is necessary to conclude a mutual confidentiality agreement with the partner, i.e., sign an NDA with a verified signature from the director. By signing the NDA, a mutual guarantee is created that your data will remain secure and no one will disclose, sell, or provide it to third parties.
The partner will provide you with further information on what format they will need the data from your side and how the entire import process will proceed.
