The price of Raynet is determined by the number of user accounts, for each month or year in advance. Payment is made in the form of a subscription. The price per user account depends on the pricing plan chosen. If you opt for an annual subscription, you will receive a discount of up to 20 % depending on the pricing plan. Payment can be made by linking your card.
Monthly payment
The invoice is issued monthly on the first day of your billing period and is due within 14 days. The invoice includes charges for subscriptions for all current user accounts. If you added new user accounts in the previous period, they will appear on the invoice as “users outside the subscription,” and a prorated amount will be charged based on the number of days.
Annual payment
Annual billing is handled as a subscription, where you pay for all your user accounts upfront at the beginning of the billing period. This gives you a discount equivalent to the price of one month of the standard subscription.
If you decide to switch to annual billing, go to Settings > Billing and Invoicing and click Change subscription. Once your currently prepaid period ends, an invoice will be issued for the current number of user accounts multiplied by 12 months. A one-month discount will be applied to all users. If you pay by card, the payment will be charged automatically. In the case of recurring payments, you will receive an invoice by email with a 14-day due date.
If you add a user account during the prepaid annual period, we will issue an invoice for the newly added user accounts immediately after their purchase. However, if you purchase them shortly before the end of the subscription (during the 12th month of the annual billing period), their price will be included in the next invoice instead. The additional charge for user accounts will appear on the invoice as “users outside the subscription.” These users are not eligible for the discount, and the price will be calculated based on the remaining days until the end of the prepaid period.
Removing already paid user accounts will only take effect in the next billing period. Until then, the user accounts remain active.
