If you have decided to close your Raynet account, this action must be performed by an Administrator. Only an Administrator has access to Settings.
Important: Before closing your Raynet account, we recommend exporting all your data. You can learn more about data export and backup options in this article.
How to end usage
First, you need to go to Account Settings.
In the Accounting and Billing section, you will find the Cancel Usage button.
A dialog window will open where you need to fill in what you liked about working with Raynet and the reason for leaving. By clicking the Continue button, you will proceed to the next step.
Before you decide to completely terminate your account, we also offer the option to pause your account.
If you choose to truly end your use of the CRM, you will need to enter your password once more and confirm by clicking the Cancel Usage button.
