Freelo is a Czech application that allows for easy project management and work communication. Thanks to Freelo, the entire company knows what to do, deadlines are met, and information is not lost.
What the integration with Freelo can do
Thanks to the integration, you will see in Freelo the history of all Activities and Deals connected to the Account. In Raynet, you can then monitor how the implementation is proceeding directly on the detailed card Deal on the Freelo tab. Here, you can link an existing Freelo project, or create a new project through the CRM and work with it. At a glance, you will see resolved tasks within one project directly in the CRM.
Enabling integration
The integration with Freelo can be enabled by the Administrator by clicking on their name and the Settings button.
Here, you need to select Add-ons » Freelo » Activate.
In the login window, you will fill in the login email and the API key from your Freelo account and optionally also a Tag. This serves for orientation in the CRM. The label (typically e.g., "freelo") will automatically be set to the Deal record after linking the Freelo project. The label remains on the Deal even after disconnecting the Freelo project.
You can find the API key after logging into the Freelo application in Settings » API key. After entering all the information into the CRM, it is necessary to save the changes Save and Reload the application.
Using the Freelo application
After enabling the integration, you will see a new Freelo tab in the Deals. Here you can:
- Select from existing projects (from Freelo)
- Create a new project (from CRM)
- Create a new project from the template (from Freelo)
Important: Each project must contain a To-Do list. Therefore, the integration will immediately create a list named Raynet when creating a project. If there is no To-Do list in the Freelo project , it is not possible to create tasks from the CRM. In that case, you need to create a To-Do list in Freelo.
After linking an existing project, the tab will load the page from Freelo containing the given Project. By clicking on individual tasks, you will switch to the Project detail directly in Freelo. It will open in a new tab in your browser.
In Raynet, you can also Add task to project.
You need to fill out the dialog window and confirm everything with the OK button.
By clicking on Unlink Freelo project you will revert to the original state.
Freelo projects can be linked and unlinked with any Deal in any quantity. One Freelo project can be associated with, for example, ten Deals.
All users, except those with the role Read-only can work with Freelo.
