Prospector connects all available company data, allowing you to find it all in one place. The company database uses over 100 different data sources. This way, you get a comprehensive and up-to-date picture of a specific company with just one click.
What can the integration with BizMachine Prospector do?
Thanks to the integration, you will find the following information from Prospector on the detailed cards of Accounts:
in the right panel, the so-called Activity Index (including criteria displayed in the tooltip when hovering over the panel)
on a separate tab Data from Prospector all available information about the company (after clicking on the Activity Index panel)
After enabling the integration, optional fields will automatically be created on the Account card, grouped into the Prospector panel. These fields store the most important data, which can then be filtered:
Date of termination
Institutional sector
Justice (link to justice.cz)
Total assets, Assets currency, Assets year
Health
Number of connected companies
Prospector (link to prospector)
Prospector category
Custom description of activity
Revenue, Revenue currency, Revenue year
Risks
Number of online stores
Number of branches
Number of personal contacts
Together with these attributes:
primary address (street, city, postal code, lat/lng, country)
primary contact (email, phone, website)
facebook
linkedin
twitter
name
legal form
number of employees
industry
Identification number
Tax ID
date of establishment

tags; all tags that the company has in Prospector will be transferred. Each such tag will be prefixed with BP: for easier identification of the tag from Prospector
All these fields will update during:
creating an account
triggering the Update from Prospector action on the Account detail card
triggering the Update from Prospector action from the Account list view
triggering the Bulk update action in the Settings of this extension
These fields cannot be edited directly in the CRM.
You can also filter Accounts based on whether they were created or updated using data from Prospector or not. It is necessary to use the smart filter Updated from Prospector in the Account list view.
During creating a new Account its search in Prospector takes place, indicated by an animation in the Identification number field.
If there is a discrepancy in the retrieved information compared to the information from the autocomplete, a panel will be displayed with these differences and options for which data to use for saving.
Enabling integration in Raynet
Only an Administrator can enable the integration. In the upper right corner, click on your name » Settings.
From the left menu, select Add - ons » Information about Companies » Prospector.
Here enter the API key, which you can find in your Prospector account under Settings » API and click the Activate button. This setting is sufficient for automatic data retrieval, displaying the Activity Index, and making the Prospector extension tab available on the Account detail card. A user action will also be made available on the detail card and in the Account list view.
To enable automatic transfer of Accounts from Prospector, you need to select this option and fill in the following details:
Owner of new records:
select the user under whom newly created Accounts will be created (with their set security level)
For transfer:
select a Prospector tag that will identify companies in Prospector. Every company you tag with this tag in Prospector will be transferred to Raynet.
It is necessary to select the label separately for Czech, Slovak, and Polish companies
Transferred:
select a Prospector tag that will be used in Prospector to mark companies that have already been transferred to Raynet
It is necessary to select the label separately for Czech, Slovak, and Polish companies
In Settings, there is also an action for one-off update:
all registered Accounts
all Accounts that were not created (or updated) with data from Prospector
