The Leady.com / Saleskit application identifies visitors to your website. It shows you what interested them and provides verified contact information. With this information, you can easily reach out to potential customers at the right time who are interested in your product or service.
What can the integration with the Leady.com application do?
Thanks to the integration, Leads with contact information that visitors fill out on your website will be automatically created in Raynet, as well as events for Clients who are already registered.
Enabling the integration in Leady.com
First, create an account in Leady.com. After logging into the application, generate a tracking code in the Integration section. Then, insert the code into each page of the website you want to track (you can insert the code yourself or send it to your website administrator).
In the Leady.com application, you need to add your websites where you want to track visits. Click on Overview » Add New Website.
By clicking on Visit Details for a given website, you will access the Visits overview. Here, create Filters to organize your website visits.
Enabling integration in Raynet
If you have an administrator role in Raynet, click on your name (top right) » Settings.
Select Edd-ons » Leady Saleskit.
Click the Activate button.
Leady.com Settings
Enter your email and password if you are logging into the Leady.com application, then click the Confirm button.
In the Leady.com integration administration, you will find a list of all the websites you are tracking. Here, you will also see the filters for each site. Use the checkboxes to select the ones you want to transfer to Raynet. At the same time, select the owner (CRM user) under whom the Leads will be created.
To identify in the Raynet Leads directory which Leads have been transferred from the Leady.com application, you need to create an item in the Source dropdown (e.g., named "from Leady.com"). You can also check the option to create activities for visits to clients who are already recorded in your directory.
Then click the Save button. This will enable the integration.
Saleskit settings
Or enter the API key if you are using Saleskit.
After enabling the integration, you need to configure everything so that the Leads you need are transferred to Raynet.
Important: If filters on the leady.com side have a condition based on the number of visits, the checkbox will not be displayed for that filter (only information stating that a filter with the “Number of visits” condition cannot be used will appear). Contacts in these filters are not transferred through the integration.
Once a visitor arrives at a website where the tracking code is embedded, their visit is recorded in the Leady.com application. From there, it is transferred to Raynet (if it matches the selected filters), where a Lead is automatically created with the information available in the Leady application.
What data is transferred through the integration?
If the given data is available, the following fields will be filled in for the Lead in Raynet:
subject (company name)
Company ID
client
note (data from leady.com)
priority (default)
owner (according to Raynet settings)
email
email2
website
tel1
tel2
source (according to Raynet settings)
tags (based on the filter name from leady.com)
The same Lead will not be created again, instead, a tag with the name of the matching filter will be added to it.
If the client is already recorded in the CRM (identified by Company ID or name), a new Lead will not be created either. Instead, a completed Activity will be created for the Client (if configured in Raynet), which includes:
subject “leady.com”
completion date (current date)
participants
note (information about the visit to the given website and the relevant filter, e.g. “Visit on the website raynet.cz” in the filter “Revenue over 10 million”)
-
tags
Contact transfer is processed in batches, so Leady data may not appear in Raynet immediately and can be delayed. In case of any issues, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist you with anything you need.
