The Calendar in Raynet helps you keep track of all your meetings and tasks in one place. It makes it easy to plan your time and ensure you don't forget anything important.
In this article, you will learn:
The Calendar is one of the core pillars of Raynet, and you can access it from Main menu » Calendar.
Calendar View
You can work with the Calendar in three modes: monthly, weekly, and daily. You can switch between views by clicking the drop-down menu in the top right corner. The default Calendar view is weekly.
The individual views differ graphically. You can choose which view mode suits you best.
Calendar Settings
In Calendar Settings, you can define various default values. Click on the three dots » Settings.
Here you can set the start and end of working hours, default Activity duration, default Calendar mode, default tab display, and more. Don't forget to Save everything.
Calendars of Other Users
Of course, you can also view the Calendars of other Raynet users. Just select a specific user from the drop-down menu.
You can directly create an Activity for a colleague in another user's Calendar. Instructions on how to create an Activity can be found in the next part of the article.
Creating an Activity from the Calendar
Creating Activities directly from the Calendar has one major advantage. You can immediately see empty time slots, whether in your own Calendar or your colleagues'. A created Activity also immediately includes time details. Simply click anywhere in the Calendar and drag the mouse to set the Activity duration.
Another way to create an Activity in the Calendar is by clicking the Green Plus. Here you will still need to enter the duration of the Activity.
You can also plan a follow-up directly for an Activity in the Calendar in the form of another Create follow-up activity.
Using the right mouse button, you can also set the Activity as Completed or Canceled, move it, duplicate it, unschedule it, Delete it, or edit it.
Displaying Completed and Canceled Activities
In the Calendar, you will also find the options Hide completed activities and Show canceled activities. Canceled ones will appear with a strikethrough title. Both of these checkboxes can help you navigate through your Activities more easily.
Navigation Calendar
The Calendar also includes a so-called navigation calendar. It allows you to move faster and more efficiently between individual dates, while also showing you on which day an unfulfilled Activity remains. Such a day is marked in red.
