CRM Account Security Settings
Within the CRM, you can define password strength for all users or set up features like automatic logout to boost your account's security. Admins can configure these options via Settings » Security » Login.
Login history
With Login History, you can track all user activity within your CRM. While regular users can only see their own access logs, Administrators have an overview of all team members' logins. The list contains data from the last 12 months, including dates, IP addresses, and device types.
Where to find login history?
To view your Personal History, click on your name in the top right corner » Settings » My Profile » Login History.
Administrators can view the Login History of all users by clicking their name » Settings » Security » Login History.
What you will see in the overview?
The table provides the following key information:
Login date
User (Administrator view only)
IP address
Device type – for desktops, you’ll see the browser and OS; for mobile devices, the specific model and OS
Data options
If you are an Administrator, you can filter the Login History records as needed. For a more detailed analysis, simply use the Export button to save the entire list to your computer in XLSX format. This feature is available to all users, regardless of their Raynet plan.
