In Raynet, the term Account refers to companies, organizations, or businesses in your Directory. For Accounts, you can also keep records of Contact persons, meaning specific people you communicate with.
You can find the Client list in Directory » Clients.
To create a new Client, click the green plus button.
In the dialog box, you need to fill in the details for the new Client. The only required field is Name, which is auto-suggested from the business registry (after you type at least three characters). You also need to select a country if you’re searching for an entity from another country. Selecting the correct Client will also automatically fill in the registered office address and the Company ID (IČ). If the Client is not registered in the registry, you need to enter it manually. Then save the record.

Client as an Individual
If you do business with individuals, you can also record them as Clients. In the Name field, enter the first and last name and select the Individual checkbox. People recorded this way are filtered in the list by last name. Auto-suggest from the registry will also work in this case. If you use the GDPR module, a GDPR tab will appear on the detail page where you can edit the legal bases for processing.
