The Sales Pipeline Performance analysis visually portrays how successful moving deals through each stage of the Sales Pipeline is. This allows you to identify strengths and weaknesses in your sales process.
This analysis can be found in the Main Menu » Analyses » Sales Pipeline Performance.
The analysis shows you individual Deal stages. You can find out the average time that Deals are in a specific Stage (left) and how many Deals are currently in that Stage (right).
For each stage, you will also see what percentage of Deals were moved to the next Stage, how many remain in an open Stage, and how many were closed and lost.
At the bottom of the chart, click on one of the stages to get a list of all Deals in that stage: Open, Losses, Closed Won, and Canceled.
You can use the Advanced Filter in this analysis. Show or hide the filter as you wish.
You can perform the following actions in the Advanced Filter:
If you decide to save the filter and use it again later, click on Save Filter » name it.
You will then see your saved filters in the analysis header, where you can pin and manage them.
Print the chart if needed. Find this option in the analysis header » three dots.
