When forwarding an e-mail via the e-mail assistant, you can also assign the e-mail in the CRM to a Business Case, Offer, Order, Lead or Project at the same time.
If you write the Business Deal code (or the code of the Quote, Project, Lead) anywhere in the subject line of the e-mail, the e-mail will be paired with the given record after sending.
In the e-mail detail, you will see a link to the Business Deal.
In addition, you will find the imported e-mail in the Client History, Contact Persons and the Business Deal History.
