New Project Options
You will find all the new behaviors of the Project in Settings »Add-ons» Projects »Edit settings.
In Projects, you can now display not only the original Project Value, but also the Average, Highest and Lowest value of the business case.
At the same time, you can determine which values are to be included in the Project Values.
New Custom Templates
You have probably heard about the possibility of creating your custom templates for Deal, Quotes and Project. However, with the new version, we have added the option to create templates for the Client, Contact Person and Lead.
You set everything in Settings »Custom templates.
Filtering analyses by Projects
In almost all analyses (except for the analysis of the number of implemented activities and the Deployment of Clients), we have added the option, to filter according to the Projects to which Business Cases belong. Therefore, look for the Project Parameters field in the analysis filter.
Product Improvements
In the items for Products included in the price lists, the columns: Cost and VAT rate have been added. So, if the cost of a product you have in more Price Lists has changed, you can change the cost easily and quickly from one place.
Under the Bulk Actions in the Product, you can change VAT, and the Price and Costs.
- Set VAT is a function that adjusts VAT in all Price Lists.
- The price is set so that if the Product is included only in the Price Lists with the default currency, then one field will be displayed for bulk price change in all Price Lists. If the Product is also in other Price lists with foreign currency, you can set prices using the exchange rate conversion, or you can specify them directly.
- Setting the load works the same as changing the price.
Price list improvements
The Cost column has also been added to the items in the Price Lists.
If you click on the Product in the Price List via the pencil symbol, you will see the Price List Price and Costs, as well as the Standard Price and Costs. In the blink of an eye, you can compare the values of the Product in the given Price List versus the original values.
View bulk emails in History
If you don’t want to see Bulk e-mailing in the History of the Client and Contact Persons, you now have the option to turn it off, or display only what is important.
You edit everything in Settings »Add-ons» You select the bulk emailing software you want to use »View bulk emails. By default, the option to include all bulk emails in history is turned on.
If you choose to display only the Important Emails, you must specify the default importance of Bulk Emails.
You then set the importance setting of individual e-mail campaigns in the Bulk e-mail detail, or via the Bulk change in the Bulk e-mail list view.
Add attachments to a series of business cases
We have added the ability to create a series of Deals, including attachments. Therefore, if you want to see the attachments for other Business Cases in the series, check the checkbox in the dialog box when creating the series.
