The colour of the activity in the CRM calendar gives you at a glance the graphic information about what activity awaits you on a given date. For example, red = priority, yellow = operational matters, green = private
The calendar can then look something like this:
The colours are set in the Category dial. To expand or edit an existing colour list, click the Edit Items button in any activity. If you don’t see this option, you don’t have permission to set items in the code list. In this case, resolve the colour settings with your administrator.
Write the name of the new colour in the box below or use the pencil to edit the existing one.
