Analysis in the CRM consist of data from Deals (except for the analysis Number of implemented activities, which consists of activities). Therefore, to get a realistic view of your entire business, you need to work with business deals. Reports are online, meaning, they are updated immediately after the formation of the business deal.
How do individual users see reports by the roles and permissions they have set?
- The administrator sees the report for all users (nothing is hidden from the administrator :)
- At full throttle, Restricted, Read-Only sees reports for all users if it allows them to set permissions on other records

You can find the salesman success rate in the main menu under the Analysis item.
The analysis shows the sums of all won business deals, which are divided according to individual owners (salesperson).
In the Table tab you will see an overview of all business deals that make up the analysis divided by individual traders. Double-click on a line to get to the detail of the business deal.
Click on the Export button to get the entire table into Excel (in case you need to create additional reports with the data).
With the Print button you can have the graph and the table on the paper :)

For more detailed filtering, you can use different combinations of filter items.
If you are filtering with the same criteria, save the combination of filter items.
