You can add attachments to all records in raynet (except Price Lists). The size limit for one attachment is 50 MB. You can upload attachments in the following ways:
- upload file,
- add a link (www),
- upload file from Documents,
- upload folder from Documents,
- get files from Dropbox.
The attachments panel can always be found on the detailed record card, on the Basic Information tab (Attachments are located on the Other Information tab for Accounts and Contacts only).
Uploading a file
To upload an Attachment, you need to choose one of the above options.
In addition to uploading a file by clicking and then selecting it from your device, you can also use the Drag & Drop feature. You "grab" a file from your computer with your mouse and drag it to the Attachments panel.
If you select Add a link (www), you fill in the Link name and URL.
If you select Upload file from Documents or Upload folder from Documents, a dialog box will open. Here you can search for the file in the Documents library located in Raynet. Select the file you want to add to the Attachments.
If you decide to Get files from Dropbox, a Dropbox window will pop up where you log in and then select the file.
