Each RAYNET CRM user can choose the language in which they will work in the application. The following variants* are available:
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Swedish
*It is possible that the choice of languages will vary for different users.
Each user can have a different language set. For example, 3 will have chosen Spanish, 2 will have Portuguese and one colleague will work in Swedish. All are logged-in, in one common CRM, but each text is displayed in a different language :)
The language can be changed by the user for themself or by the administrator.
Changing the language of the user (for themself)
Click on your name in the upper right corner ► My profile.
In the left main menu, click Localisation ► Language. Select the language and confirm everything with the Save button.
Change the language by the administrator
If you are an administrator, you can change the language for any user.
Click Settings. You can find it via your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
In the left menu, select User Accounts and click on the user for whom you want to change the language.
From the left main menu, select Localisation ► Language. Select a new language and confirm the change with the Save button.
After saving the language change, the user will be asked to log in again. The user must log in again to change the application language.
