Labels are a powerful tool that helps the CRM to sort and filter records appropriately.
The undeniable advantage of labels is that one record can have more than one label assigned at a time (while a code list item can only be selected at a time, eg a Category or Business Territory code list item ...).
You can find labels in all types of records in the lower left corner.
Creating a label
For example, open the Client detail and click on the small green plus icon next to the Labels name.
Enter a name for the label and confirm with Save.
Whispering already created labels when entering a name. So, if you want to use the same label again for another entry, just type the first letters.
Filter by labels
- Use the Advanced Filter to search for Clients marked with a given label.
- Type a name for the label and click Apply.
- In the filtered list you will have only those Clients who are marked with the given label.
- You can also filter records that contain a specific label by clicking on the label name in the detail of the specific record.
Filter by multiple labels at once
You can filter by multiple labels at once. If you want the filtered records to include all selected labels, click on the label name and mark it as Required.
You can also filter negatively (reverse). If you only want to display records that do not contain the specified label, select the Negative option - records must not contain this label.
To delete a label from a specific entry, use the red cross that appears when you hover over the label name.
Bulk label editing
If you want to delete labels in bulk or rename them, you can do so in Application settings> Labels. Only the Administrator has access to the Settings.
