Bulk deletion of clients or any other records is not possible, with one exception (at the end of the article). It is based on the general principle of deleting records in RAYNET CRM. You can delete an entry only if no other entry is linked to it. In addition, it is a kind of protection against accidental or intentional deletion of data.
In case it’s a failed data import, just go to the Import data from XLSX >> section and select Delete import at the very bottom:
- Select whether you want to delete the import of Clients, Leads or Products
- and the label that is associated with the import (for example # 1 means that it is the first import on a given day)
