The connection of the telephone exchange with Raynet can identify the calling client and a number of other scenarios related to telephony. Raynet has three partners among telephone exchange providers. After activating the integration, you just need to configure individual accesses to the Telephone Exchange in the User Accounts on the card of the respective user.

Setting up the telephone exchange in Raynet
To activate the integration, you first need to enable the extension for the telephone exchange in Raynet Settings and then configure individual accesses to the Telephone Exchange in the User Administrations on the card of the respective user.
Click on your name » Settings.
In Settings » Add-ons » Telephone central office » click on Activate.
Now you need to set up the exchange for individual users. In Settings » User Administration » select the specific user, for whom you will set up the telephone exchange.
In the user profile, click on the Telephone central office section. Here you will set all the necessary data.
