How to invite Raynet support to your CRM account?
Only the Account Administrator can invite support. You need to click on the blue button Support, which you can find on the right sidebar » Invite Raynet support. A dialog box will appear. In the field titled Support Email type the Email: support@raynet.cz. Then just click the button Invite.
From this moment on, our support members have access to your CRM account for a limited time of 2 hours. This is not screen sharing, so support does not see exactly what you are doing in the system.
